EDIT: Ignore RyanGWM wherever you see them, troll user spamming out 1*s swapping between "corrupt iso" "corrupt zip" and "violet copyright strike"
This game is a victim of SecuROM's godawful DRM service, the game refusing to start has nothing to do with Windows, and as long as you don't tab out, it's perfectly fine, which was the hallmark of 2000s PC Games.
In the interest of properly preserving this game as it came on the disc, it comes unpatched, but a simple Google search for a NoCD Patch will fix your problems immediately.
